HOW® home care offer

Northeast Delta Dental patients who have the HOW program attached to their dental plan and have a PreViser® risk assessment completed are eligible for a special discount on Philips Sonicare products! The discounted amount is fully covered by Northeast Delta Dental and is NOT deducted from your insurance benefit.

I already qualified for additional benefits through the HOW® program, do I need another risk assessment to be eligible for the home care offer?

The home care offer is available on qualifying PreViser® risk assessments completed within the last 12 months, or on newly qualified risk assessments.

What is my cost for a Philips Sonicare products?

The discounted amount you are eligible to receive is fully covered and is not deducted from your dental benefit. The discount is applied at the time of purchase and you are responsible for the remaining cost at the time of purchase. Your cost is dependent on the product you choose and the discount you are eligible for. Shipping is free. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

How do I take advantage of this offer?

After the completion of your risk assessment, your provider will give you a special QR code that you can open with your smartphone or email you your personalized link to select the product you would like to purchase. The prices shown on this website reflect your discount. Please note that this is an annual offer, and a PreViser risk assessment must be completed by your dental office annually to generate your unique website link.
