Since 2011, Northeast Delta Dental and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats have been partnering to encourage healthy oral hygiene habits in children age 12 and under. After ten years, the Oral Health Challenge continues to inspire and reward children to develop preventative oral hygiene habits that will benefit them for the rest of their life. After a cancelled 2020 season due to the pandemic, we came back strong in 2021 with 776 children meeting the challenge, each rewarded with a pair of game tickets.
The Oral Health Challenge fosters parent-child communication about daily at-home oral health habits which contributes to overall health and wellness. Children who brush and floss for seven consecutive days, and complete and submit the enclosed Oral Health Challenge form, earn two tickets to their choice of one of four Oral Health Challenge games in the 2022 season. They will also be invited to participate in an on-field pre-game parade in their honor.
Together we can advance the oral health and overall wellness of our children.
