Claims Analyst

Our Claims Edit Department is looking to hire a hybrid, full-time, Claims Analyst to assure accurate adjudication, refunds and adjustments of claims by reviewing, researching, and/or returning suspended claims in accordance with appropriate departmental processes.

Knowledge/abilities/skills for this position:  An Associates degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, and at least two years claims processing or insurance related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Work Schedule:

The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position will train on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters and then hybrid when appropriate.

Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Team is looking for a full-time, onsite, Customer Service Representative. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization.

Our Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.

Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:

  • Associates degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred, plus at least two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education

  • Bilingual skills a plus

  • A happy attitude

  • We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions

Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is an onsite position located at One Delta Drive in Concord, NH.

Technical Writer

Our Software Development Team is looking to hire a remote, full-time, Technical Writer to create, review, and update technical documentation, training materials, and related documentation to ensure consistency and integrity of system applications.

Knowledge/abilities/skills for this position:  As the Technical Writer, you will have an Associates degree in Computer Science or related field plus at least two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Word and Excel and must be able to use the English language fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.

Work schedule:

The typical remote work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
