Customer Service Representative

Northeast Delta Dental is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to work 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization. After completing a several month on-site training program, this will be a remote position.

Our Customer Service Reps respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.   

 Qualifications for this role:

  • Associates Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred, plus at least two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Experience in a dental office as a manager, dental hygienist, or dental assistant a plus but not necessary
  • A happy attitude 
  • We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions

Vice President, Finance

Northeast Delta Dental, a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization employing 215 employees and located in Concord NH, is looking for an experienced Vice President of Finance to provide overall leadership and direction of the Corporation’s Finance Division including Accounting, Red Tree Holdings, and subsidiaries in order to ensure sound financial planning and internal controls consistent with strategic, management, and operational objectives.

As a direct report to the President & CEO, the Vice President, Finance, is a member of the Senior Management Team. The Vice President of Finance works closely with members of the Senior Management Team and takes an active role in the development and achievement of the Corporation’s Strategic Plan and related goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum eight years of experience in financial management positions such as a Controller or Chief Financial Officer. Experience in financial reporting/accounting operations and budgeting with a working knowledge of automated financial systems. Insurance industry or other regulated entity experience preferred but not required. 
  • Must also have demonstrated experience leading people and getting results through others, including the ability to develop, mentor and set goals for each member of his/her team. 

This position will work on campus at our Concord, NH headquarters.
