Our Accounting Team is looking to hire an onsite, full-time Accounting Specialist who will support accounting and budget operations by analyzing, testing, and creating documentation for processes and systems. Our Accounting Specialist serves as subject matter expert in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger cost allocation, 1099 generation, producer commissions, ASO business, ACH processes and cash management/banking.
As an Accounting Specialist, you will have an Associate degree in Accounting and/or at least four years of related experience including knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Experience working with computerized Accounting systems and/or banking software is required.
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. This position will work on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters.
Enrollment and Billing Coordinator
Our Eligibility Department is in search of an Enrollment and Billing Coordinator. The individual selected will update records, add new subscriber information in the customer enterprise system, provide guidance to group customers related to subscriber enrollment and benefits administration. The Enrollment and Billing Coordinator will also be a resource on enrollment processing guidelines, billing, policies and procedures, and legal and regulatory guidelines for stakeholders.
Associate degree in Business, Computer Science, General Studies or related field, plus at least one year of related experience. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required, and experience with online enrollment tools and electronic enrollment file formats preferred. Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills are essential.
