BURLINGTON, VT.: Delta Dental Plan of Vermont announces the election of two new board trustees, Jennifer B. Niles, DMD, and Jill Mazza Olson, MPA

Burlington resident Jennifer B. Niles, DMD, is the owner of Niles Kenworthy Dental, Essex Junction, where she practices general dentistry. Dr. Niles earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, Farmington, and her Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, Chapel Hill. Dr. Niles worked in her private practice for five years before becoming its owner in 2017. She is a member of the Dental Assisting Program Advisory Board and a guest lecturer at Center for Technology, Essex, and provides free dental treatment through the Dental Lifeline Network, Vermont.

Middlesex resident Jill Mazza Olson, MPA, is a health care trade association executive and policy expert on topics including health care reform, health care finance, quality improvement, patient safety and mental health and substance abuse. Since 2016, she has served as the executive director of the VNAs of Vermont, an association of not-for-profit home care and hospice agencies. Previous roles include vice president of policy and legislative affairs at the Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems and director of quality improvement at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. Her civic involvement includes serving as a member of the Washington Central Unified Union School Board.
