Claims Analyst
Our Claims Edit Department is seeking a full-time, Claims Analyst to assure accurate adjudication, refunds, and adjustments of dental claims by reviewing, researching, and/or returning suspended dental claims in accordance with appropriate departmental processes.
Knowledge/abilities/skills: At least two years claims processing or insurance related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Must possess thorough knowledge of CDT coding and dental terminology and be able to perform routine mathematical computations and calculations
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for this 37.5 hour per week position.
Enrollment & Billing Coordinator
Join our Eligibility team as an Enrollment & Billing Coordinator. This is a full-time, onsite position. Our Enrollment & Billing Coordinators update records, add new subscriber information in the customer enterprise system, provide guidance to group customers related to subscriber enrollment and benefits administration.
Knowledge/abilities/skills: Associates Degree in Business, General Studies, Communications, or related field, plus at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Computer proficiency required, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a working knowledge of eligibility regulations and guidelines. Experience with online enrollment tools and electronic enrollment file formats preferred.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. This position will work on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters.
Group Maintenance Specialist
Our Group Maintenance Team is looking to hire a hybrid, full-time, Group Maintenance Specialist to assist in the processing of group information and claims by entering, maintaining and monitoring group information in the claims processing system; controlling group claims and assuring proper and accurate benefit determination, group billing, and broker information. This position researches and resolves claim suspensions related to group structure issues and adjudicates claims.
Knowledge/abilities/skills: Associates degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least two years of progressively responsible work experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. Must have experience gathering and analyzing information from a diverse set of sources and individuals to fully understand a problem and be able to proactively anticipate needs and prioritize action steps. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for this 37.5 hour per week position. This position will work on premises at our Concord, NH headquarters and hybrid, from your home in NH, when deemed appropriate by the manager. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Technical Support Specialist
Join our Network and Technical Services team as a Technical Support Specialist. This onsite, full-time Technical Support Specialist will support users by analyzing requirements, installing and configuring hardware and software, and will follow up with help desk requests.
Knowledge/abilities/skills: Associates degree in Computer Science plus at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Proficient in the use and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows & Office Suite. Experience with ticketing system concepts, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, VoIP, PowerShell, Group Policy, and OS imaging automation required. Must have a valid driver's license. Occasional travel required.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for this 37.5 hour per week position. This position will work on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters.
