Account Coordinator

Our Sales & Marketing team is seeking a hybrid, full-time Account Coordinator for our Account Services Department to provide sales and account management administrative support associated with our growing and renewing dental insurance business.

Knowledge / abilities / skills:

Associates degree in Business or General Studies and at least one year of related administrative work experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a valid driver's license.

Work schedule:

The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This position will work on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters and remote when appropriate.

Account Manager, Saco Maine office

Our Saco team is seeking a full-time Account Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships with our small group client accounts.

Knowledge / abilities / skills:

  • Bachelor's deegree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field, plus at least two years of progressively responsible work experience in a similar environment, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.
  • A Maine Insurance Producer - Accident and Health or Sickness; Life license preferred or must be able to obtain license within specified time frame.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of underwriting regulations, funding options, producer commission structure, and internal operations.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and live in Maine

Work schedule:

The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This hybrid position will work on-premises at our Saco, Maine office and remote as appropriate.

Corporate Receptionist – Customer Service Assistant

Our Customer Service team is seeking a full-time Corporate Receptionist - Customer Service Assistant to manage the front desk at our One Delta Corporate office, to greet and direct callers and visitors, answer customer letters and emails, and provide outgoing customer correspondence for our Customer Service Department.

Knowledge / abilities / skills:

High school diploma plus at least one year of related experience in claims processing or customer service, or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education.

Work schedule:

The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week. This position will work 100% on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters.
