Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service team is looking to hire a full-time, onsite, Customer Service Representative. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization.

Knowledge/abilities/skills: Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education; Bilingual skills a plus; A happy attitude; We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions.

Work schedule: The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is an onsite position located at One Delta Drive in Concord, NH. Our weekly full-time hours are 37.5.  

Data & Reporting Analyst

Join our Business Support team as a Data & Reporting Analyst. This position supports developers and business analysts through research, analysis, and assimilation of data and understanding of systems in order to produce content and develop operational reports, ad hoc queries, and dashboards to meet customer needs.

Knowledge/abilities/skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, and at least three years related technical experience and/or education. Must be proficient with technology including the Microsoft suite, Visio, and have strong foundation in relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL. Requires demonstrated experience in reporting, data visualization and presentation, and/or data warehousing. Must have deep understanding of database technology and design concepts. Candidates with experience working in an agile environment and promoting SAFe principals preferred.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week. This position has the ability to work hybrid from your NH home. You will be required to come on site for additional meetings and trainings at the managers discretion. 

Database Administrator

Our Network and Technical Services Department is seeking a remote full-time, Database Administrator who will be responsible for implementing, administering and maintaining enterprise databases on Oracle (HP/UX), as well as ensuring the integrity and performance of development, testing and production environments.

Knowledge/abilities/skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science plus at least four years of DBA related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Systems analysis and programming experience required. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, MS T-SQL, Unix scripting, HP/UX and Windows is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.

Work schedule: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week. 

Enrollment & Billing Coordinator

Join our Eligibility team as an Enrollment & Billing Coordinator. This is a full-time, onsite position. Our Enrollment & Billing Coordinators update records, add new subscriber information in the customer enterprise system, provide guidance to group customers related to subscriber enrollment and benefits administration.

Knowledge/abilities/skills: Associates Degree in Business, General Studies, Communications, or related field, plus at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.  Computer proficiency required, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite.  Must have a working knowledge of eligibility regulations and guidelines.  Experience with online enrollment tools and electronic enrollment file formats preferred.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. This position will work on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters.
