Customer Service Representative

Join our team of talented and dedicated individuals, in our Concord NH call center, assisting our customers in understanding their dental benefit plans. Our Customer Service Representatives respond to inquiries from individuals covered by our dental plans, as well as dental office staff members, in a timely, professional and positive manner. (No cold calling or sales involved.)

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating information and responding to questions from subscribers, groups, and dental office staff members, about their Delta Dental benefit plan, claim status, and other issues. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential in this position. An Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, Communication, Business or related field, plus at least 2 years of related experience is required. Our employees enjoy a 37.5 hour workweek and a comprehensive compensation/benefits plan. Work Monday - Friday, daytime business hours.

DevOps Engineer

We’re filling the role of a DevOps Engineer who possesses the soft skills, experience, and big picture thinking that will bring us to the next level of automated testing, security, infrastructure, and networking. The individual we hire will work collaboratively with Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, IS Security, and IS operations. You’ll help automate and streamline our IS operations and processes. You’ll build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. You’ll work with teams troubleshooting and resolving issues in our development, test, and production environments. And, you’ll support internal processes that accelerate realized business value.

Here’s the skillset we’re looking for: strong knowledge of automation configuration management and orchestration; skilled in application development and security; background in Linux/Unix /Windows Administration and understanding of Networking Concepts. Background interfacing with databases, system integration and testing frameworks, scripting; experience in continuous Integration/deployment/delivery; and documentation. Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Northeast Delta Dental is actively searching for a Software QA Automation Engineer who will be responsible for safeguarding the production of robust and reliable software that provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace by monitoring the systems development processes to ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Technical Experience:

  • Must have strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes including experience with test automation using Visual Studio.
  • Must be able to design and execute clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
  • Must have an understanding of Test Pyramid concept and Testing Framework development.
  • C#- the ability to build, maintain, debug, and review tests at all levels, with a focus on services.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and solid design principles.
  • Selenium- understanding PageObject concept, xpath/css selectors
  • Git- understanding branches and Git flow.
  • Hands on experience in building automation framework from scratch
  • Experience with test frameworks such as NUnit or MSpec
  • Agile Experience- relevance of ceremonies
  • Good command of one or more scripting languages such as PowerShell
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL server, Jenkins, XML/JSON, and Postman is preferred.
  • JavaScript experience is a plus.
