Business Analyst
Our Business Support department is seeking a full-time, hybrid Business Analyst to increase the functionality and efficiency of our custom enterprise system and company websites by performing detailed requirements analyses, documenting processes, and testing complex enhancements and/or changes to the system applications. As a Business Analyst, you will tackle projects based on organizational priorities set by leadership and outline and communicate priorities to other project teams.
The expertise and skills you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, and general work experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education.
Work schedule: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week. This position will work hybrid and on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters up to 3-day/week.
