Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time position at Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH responsible for responding to questions and concerns from customers in a timely, professional and positive manner.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by responding to questions from subscribers, producers, groups and dental offices regarding Delta Dental products, claims, and other issues. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential in this position. An Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, Communication, Business or related field plus at least 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education is required.


Electronic Enrollment Coordinator

Associates Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least two years of progressively responsible eligibility or enrollment experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with online enrollment tools and electronic enrollment file formats preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of online enrollment tools and electronic eligibility/enrollment file formats. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential. Must be attentive to detail and have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer

(Closing Date – January 1, 2018)

Northeast Delta Dental is actively searching for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for safeguarding the production of robust and reliable software by monitoring systems development processes to ensure commitment to best practice methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience designing and executing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and experience/training in Project Management. Must be able to author and execute database queries using structured query language. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus at least two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience is required.

Must have strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes including experience with test automation using Visual Studio and Microsoft .NET C#. Must have experience working with technologies and design patterns like XML and Page Object Model and the ability to create complex SQL queries in order to test business logic. Must have a good command of one or more scripting languages such as Powershell, Bash, or Python.

Experience with TeamForge, Windows and Linux Administration, MS SQL, GIT, Linux Distributions and Bash shell and Agile Methodology is preferred.
