Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire Elects New Board Members

Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire announces the election of three new directors to its board, Joseph Carelli, Tracy Claybaugh, and Cydney Shapleigh.

Joseph Carelli, of Hollis, is the state president of NH & VT for Citizens Bank. A member of the bank’s executive leadership group, Carelli has held many roles throughout his tenure, currently serving as regional head of portfolio for the bank’s $15 billion commercial loan portfolio throughout New England. An active member of the community, Carelli currently serves on the boards of the Palace Theatre, Granite United Way, Business & Industry Association of NH and on the Advisory Board for the St. Anselm College School of Ethics.

Tracy Claybaugh, of Plymouth, is vice president for finance and administration at Plymouth State University, reporting directly to the president and managing its finances and strategy and operations for twenty-five University areas. Tracy represents the University on many University System of New Hampshire committees, including Finance, Capital Planning, and System Restructuring, ensuring that its needs are represented, considered and incorporated. Tracy’s business experience was forged in the energy industry, where she was responsible for the accounting of many cost-intensive construction projects, after which she began her 25+ year career in higher education.

Cydney Shapleigh, of Alton, is executive vice president of Bank of New Hampshire, Laconia, where she is a member of the executive team overseeing the bank’s day-to-day operations. Her long career at Bank of New Hampshire has included roles as financial services program manager, chief retail banking officer, and chief wealth management officer.
