Delta Dental Plan of Maine Elects New Directors

Saco, Maine: Delta Dental Plan of Maine announces the recent election of three new directors to its board: Marcia Minter of Portland, Grace Odimayo, DMD, of Augusta and C. Bradford Rand, DDS, of Brewer.

Marcia Minter is the co-founder and executive director of Indigo Arts Alliance in Portland, a nonprofit arts incubator that supports the creation and dissemination of the work of Black and Brown artists of African descent through its Artists in Residence program and community events. Minter also serves on the boards of several arts organizations. Her long career in creative design and direction includes 16 years as the vice president, creative director with L.L. Bean.

Grace Odimayo, DMD, practices general and cosmetic dentistry at Lagos Dental PA in Farmingdale. Dr. Odimayo trained in Nigeria and Scotland before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Tufts School of Dental Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts. Her long career includes delivering dental services in public health settings. She has served on the Committee on Dental Education Health, University of Benin Dental School, Benin, Nigeria, and is currently a member of the board of trustees of the Maine Health Access Foundation.

C. Bradford Rand, DDS, owns BEAM: Align Your Smile, Bangor, and is an owner and partner of Rand Dentistry LLC, Brewer. Dr. Rand earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Iowa City, Iowa, and is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and the Academy of General Dentistry. He also has several leadership roles in the Maine Dental Association.
