Currently Change Healthcare, a dental claim clearinghouse, is experiencing communication issues. Because of this, they are unable to receive and send electronic claims. We are monitoring the situation closely. We will resume processing Change Healthcare claims as soon as they return to claim submissions. Please understand there may be a delay in our usual processing time due to their system outage.
You may choose to mail a claim to us at P.O. Box 2002 Concord, NH 03302-2002. You may also choose to send claims in black and white, that do not require x-rays or photos, to our temporary fax line at 603-584-6159. We will discontinue fax capability 24 hours after Change Healthcare resumes claim submissions.

Northeast Delta Dental welcomes WellSense members effective October 1, 2023. Providers have access to eligibility, benefits, claims, pretreatment estimates, and explanation of benefits on the Provider’s portal webpage starting on October 1, 2023.
