Delta Dental Plan of Vermont Elects New Board Trustees


Burlington, VT. – Delta Dental Plan of Vermont announces the election of two new board trustees, Nancy Rowden Brock and Jason W. Williams.

Nancy Rowden Brock of Waterbury Center, Vt., has served in the senior finance position at several organizations, most recently as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc., of Burlington.  Brock received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, and her MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan.  She also completed a three-year program at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and was a Fellow in the leadership program of the International Women’s Forum.

Brock’s long record of civic involvement includes serving as a board member of Vermont Public Radio since 2014; serving as director since 2009, and currently Board Chair, of Vermont Community Loan Fund; and formerly serving on the Boards of Directors of the Vermont Visiting Nurse Association, Associated Industries of Vermont, and Committee on Temporary Shelter.

Jason W. Williams of Winooski, Vt., is the Senior Government Relations Strategist at University of Vermont Medical Center, in Burlington.  Williams earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Vermont.  He also graduated from the Class of 2007 of Leadership Champlain and the Class of 2010 of Vermont Leadership Institute.

Williams is a member of the Board of Directors of the South Burlington Business Association  and the Vermont Public Health Association.  He has also recently served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce and chaired the Burlington Parallel Justice Commission.  In 2005, he was nominated for the Madeleine M. Kunin Public Service Award; and, in 2012, received the Rising Star Award from the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce.
