Elizabeth’s been with Northeast Delta Dental for 12 years. Elizabeth is one of the five Floor Assistants in the Customer Service department. In addition to being a knowledgeable representative she’s also one of our supreme trainers.

Elizabeth enjoys helping our internal and external customers. She likes working in harmony and solving problems with her department and companywide teammates.

Prior to working at Northeast Delta Dental, Elizabeth worked in a dental office as a dental assistant, front desk receptionist, insurance claim processor and filing. It’s here that she discovered that she enjoyed speaking with people in person and over the telephone.
