Dental Plans for Individuals

Northeast Delta Dental offers Individual Dental Plan options designed specifically for people with no access to employer-sponsored dental insurance.


Our three most popular options are available for online enrollment.

Individual Dental Plan Online Enrollment

The Individual Dental Plan is available only to residents in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. To begin the online enrollment, choose the state where you live, and follow the prompts through the application process.

*Once enrolled, this change form must be submitted in order for Northeast Delta Dental to update any changes to your original contract application.  This form is for active Individual Plan subscribers.

Northeast Delta Dental's Individual Dental Benefit Options are available to people who have no dental coverage. You and your family can enjoy the same advantages Northeast Delta Dental offers to employer groups, but through your own individual contract.

Some of the features include

  • 100% for Diagnostic and Preventive (Coverage A)
  • 80% or 60% for Basic (Coverage B)
  • 50% for Major (Coverage C) with certain benefit options
  • 50% for Orthodontics (Coverage D) with certain benefit options
  • Deductibles are lifetime and do not apply to your Diagnostic, Preventive, or Orthodontic services.
  • Calendar year maximum per covered person ranges from $750 to $2,000 depending on option selected.
  • Plan options 1 & 4 include a carrryover benefit that can extend your annual benefit.
  • Implant coverage is available with certain benefit options.
  • A Vision Discount Plan is included at no additional fee.
  • Monthly billing or ACH (automatic withdrawal from your checking account).
