Augusta, Maine: The Maine Dental Access Coalition is the recipient of a $15,000 operating support grant from the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation. "We are truly honored that the Foundation supports the ongoing work of the Coalition;" said Wendy Alpaugh DMD, Coalition Chair. "We deeply appreciate their willingness to contribute to the core mission of the Coalition, which is to advocate for, and improve access to, quality preventive and comprehensive oral health care for all Maine residents. The Northeast Delta Dental Foundation has affirmed the importance of the Coalition at a time when state and federal funds are diminishing and the need for an effective voice for high quality, broadly accessible, oral health care is more important than ever."
